Mark Zuckerberg revealed in a communication to the House Judiciary Committee on Monday that Meta was urged by the Biden administration in the year 2021 to censor certain COVID-19 content, such as humor and satire.

“In the year 2021, senior officials from the Biden White House, including the administration, repeatedly pressured our teams for Political Family Moments months to remove certain COVID-19 content, such as humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree, ” Zuckerberg noted.
